The Microboards HCL Autoloaders were made for high volume CD duplication. HCL stands for High Capacity Loader. The HCL series have the capacity to run 1,000 discs unattended. You can load the machine and let it run your job overnight.  

The HCL-8000 Autoloader uses a high quality robotic arm and 8 drives so you can expect to duplicate an estimated 104 CDs or 72 DVDs per hour.  

One great benefit of the HCL-8000 is that it is completely standalone. No PC is required; you simply load masters into the local hard drive. A very helpful feature of the HCL Autoloaders is the sticky media separator. The most frustrating part of high volume duplication is having the job stall early on because of 2 discs sticking together. The sticky media separator detects 2 discs that are sticking together and separates them so the job keeps running smoothly without errors and jams.  

The HCL-8000 comes with a 160GB hard drive.
